Hope & Healing for Interstitial Cystitis (IC)

The Interstitial Cystitis Solution was written by my personal physical therapist, Nicole Cozean, and it is a great resource to help you heal your body.

To get better, I adopted many treatments to heal my body. I also gradually tuned in to the connection between my body, mind, and spirit, and worked to heal on all levels. I share my experiences in the instructional memoir, Healing through Chronic Pain. Many people have told me that I have written their story, and going with me through the healing process helped them not feel so alone in the struggle, opened up new avenues for healing, and gave them hope.

"I was honored to work with Mary Ruth Velicki through much of her healing journey, and I am so excited she’s using her experience to bring hope and wisdom to others through The Healing Series books! We often focus solely on the physical, at the exclusion (or even the detriment) of the mind and spirit, but all three must be addressed for true healing to take place. I highly recommend this series to anyone interested in learning more about the mind-body-spirit connection when dealing with chronic pain.”
